FinancesSt Luke's is an endowed trust with total assets of £14m and annual turnover of £1.3m. £11.5m of assets is held as investments to produce £560,000 annual income to run the community centre building and some of our core services. The balance of income is generated from grants and contracts, as well as income generated from renting our community spaces.
