Community Centre

Our large and modern community centre is located in the heart of our neighbourhood providing a welcoming place for individuals and groups

Local residents and workers of all ages to drop in, learn new skills, obtain help and advice, and make new friends.

The centre contains over 15 rooms used by the public and other charities and local groups, from small interview rooms to large meeting rooms for up to 100 people.

Drop-in centre and Cafe

St Luke's Centre is used by people of all ages as a place simply to come and meet friends, have a cup of coffee in our cafe 'Unity Kitchen', relax and read the newspapers, or browse the internet and email friends around the world.

For older people, we have dedicated rooms that provide a safe, warm and inviting place to socialise and have some fun, with professional care team staff nearby to promote your well-being.

UK Online Centre

Our UK Online centre is open for the public simply to drop in and use free of charge. It is easily accessible being located next to our reception and has 10 simple-to-use brand new (2012) PCs with fast internet, full Microsoft software, printer and access to a photocopier.

 

Supporting local groups and social enterprises

We provide a base for over 20 organisations who use the centre to run their own services, hold meetings or as a community office facility.

If you are an organisation looking to support our neighbourhood, contact us so that we can tell you more about our central location, our moderrn faciliteis and warm welcome that attracts hundreds of people daily.

Community Resource and Meeting Rooms

We provide a ground floor resource room to local groups and service providers looking for low cost office and interview room facilities for a few hours a week.

The room contains two desks with right up to date computer facilities, telephones, and a library of books and journals for the voluntary sector. Contact us to enquire about availability.
