Talking about your problems really can help. The new Improving Access to Psychological Therapies project in Islington provides effective help and support for common difficulties such as anxiety or depression. The service can give you the time to talk, and help you learn ways to help yourself, so that you feel more able to cope with your own problems. It is provided by trained workers, based in GP surgeries, health centres, service hubs and community venues.

To find out more about the service or talk to a Primary Care Mental Health Workers about making an appointment, please contact the NHS IAPT team between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday on 0303 123 1000
