What's been going on...2012Finsbury Arts Festival - April 2012Read the press reports on the fantastic Finsbury Arts Festival enjoyed by nearly 1000 local people, organised by us and Talk Action, and showcasing local skills and talent from many artists and volunteers.

Valentines DayStudents from nearby City University volunteered and put on a fabulous singing and dancing show, and gave out special Valentine's gifts to our older members at St Luke's.
2010Islington Horticulture Show 18th September 2010
The third annual Islington Horticultural Show will be bigger and better than ever. Join us for a fun day celebrating food growing and gardening in Islington. Enter your home grown produce in the show, take part in the various gardening workshops as well as arts and crafts actvities and watch a bee hive demonstration. Refreshments and musical entertainment will also be provided. Entry to the event is free. Whitecross Street Party / EC1 Summer FestivalSt Luke's was proud to organise the 2010 EC1 Summer Festival jointly with the Whitecross Street Party over the weekend of 24th and 25th July 2010. This prestigious award recognises the dedication and hard work the staff and volunteers at St Luke's put into creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors to the Centre, helping make the EC1 area a better place to live and work, and taking St Luke's to new heights! St Luke's staff team win EC1 Team of the Year 2010
Cracking the Credit Crunch Day - 1st November 2008 Despite appalling weather over 80 people came to the Centre to learn about dealing with the economic downturn. A large number of service providers were on hand to offer advice on how to reduce winter costs and bills, welfare benefits, and avoiding getting into debt and other essential financial tips.
