Room Prices

The following prices are our normal hire rates. We can offer discounted rates for local residents and organisations providing local services; contact us for details:

FUNCTION ROOMS

Monday to Friday	2pm-6pm	£20 per hour
Monday to Friday	6pm – midnight	£30 per hour
Weekends		£35 per hour

MEETING ROOMS

Board room or Training room	9am-5pm	£100
(half day)	9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm	£50
Ground floor meeting room	9am-5pm	£50
(half day)	9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm	£25

Facilities

Subject to availability, equipment is available to hire at the following costs:

Flipchart, paper + pens	£5
OHP and screen	£10
Laptop	£20
Digital projector	£20
TV/video/DVD	£15
Use of photocopier	subject to agreement

There is free WiFi in most rooms.

Catering

We offer Fairtrade teas and coffees, biscuits at £1 per person. Chilled London tap water is free!

Other catering partner Camden Society can offer a wide range of meeting room catering such as sandwich lunches, cooked lunches, banquet catering etc. Prices upon request

Apart from Room Hire charges, all prices are subject to VAT.
