Form-filling clinics take place at St Luke's, in the Cafe space. Appointments start at 9.30 am and generally last 45 minutes.

Assistance includes form-filling (list of forms they can help with here), needing help with ESA or PIP and people wanting to appeal a previous decision. A current issue they are having a high success rate with is fuel poverty and appealing to energy companies to write off debts for vulnerable customers.

All sessions can be booked through St Luke's reception (020 7549 8181, [email protected]).
