Join us in our new Wellbeing Hub for Mindful Monday, a weekly class that will help to improve your mindfulness.

With coach Juliana, every week we'll be offering a free session for all members to better manage stress and anxiety, build concentration and gain self-confidence. These sessions will seek to teach you new breathing exercises designed to strengthen your lungs and activate your immune system.
