About this Event

Pickling is the process of preserving or extending the lifespan of food in brine or vinegar. Learn different ways to ferment, pickle and preserve.

Join us in the Edible Yard to learn about seasonal produce and then head to Central Street Cookery School and join in with the basics of pickling and jarring our seasonal harvest.

£2.50 for members of St Luke's, £5 for non-member.
