We recently spent the day cooking with Norman Musa and Rakesh Patel, and it was genuinely one of the best team experiences we’ve had in a long time. The food was unbelievable, the stories were even better, and the amount of laughter in that kitchen… exactly what a team day should feel like. Huge thank you to Norman and Rakesh for putting on such an amazing experience, and to the Asian Cooking Academy for creating something so special. If you ever want a team day that brings people together through food, you won’t find better. Also a huge shoutout to the team at St Luke's Community Centre, who hosted us in their fantastic commercial kitchen. What St Luke’s is doing for the community is incredible. Free meals, support services, and a space that genuinely makes a difference to people who need it most. If you’re ever looking for a commercial kitchen to hire in London, definitely check them out.
