Our food hub is changing, and we can proudly announce the opening of our Community Shop and Cafe! We have launched a more sustainable and empowering food and support service for households in our area of benefit on a low income. We repurposed our Wellbeing Hub to accommodate a shop with a cafe area downstairs, giving access to information and support that can help people longer-term. For 16 weeks, members of the shop can choose a basket of food for a £5 contribution to top up a weekly shop and get information, advice and support on our services and other local agencies for longer-term support.
