Our Relish Embellish cafe upcylers have produced an exhibition in St Luke's dining room to inspire the community and raise awareness about textile waste and giving items a second life. It’s been great to be part of this project and share ideas with other community centres in the area through the Octopus network.

Take a look at the Relish Embellish exhibition at the Centre.

Big thanks to North London Waste for funding this project and making this happen and of course to our wonderful sewing tutor, Mfon, who led the way and inspired everyone.

Our next upcycling and sewing classes for local residents start on Thursday 28th April, 10am-12noon. Beginners very welcome. Contact reception to sign up.
