We always welcome new faces to our gardening groups and you don't need any experience. We want to open up our urban gardens to locals so they too can enjoy the health and social benefits of gardening in a friendly group. Come along to one of our weekly sessions - get your hands dirty, learn something new about gardening and have a good chat with locals.

St Luke’s Gardening Group – every Tuesday, 2-3.30pm. Meet on the First Floor Terrace.
This group focuses on learning different gardening skills and techniques, specifically growing in small urban spaces. Themes for July include a trip to Middle Temple to see their beautiful vegetable garden, growing grasses in pots, boosting flowers through the summer and preparing our plants for the terrace renovation.
For more information please contact Catherine on [email protected]

St Luke’s Food Growers – every Thursday, 2-3.30pm. Meet in the Edible Yard at the back of the building.
This group is also open to anybody and focuses on growing a variety of food plants from around the world. This is the busiest time of year planting seedlings, weeding, harvesting and lots and lots of watering! There’s normally always a few fresh organic vegetables and herbs to take home each week too.
For more information please contact Marco on [email protected] or 07951 039 113.

For those who work during the day we also run monthly Sunset Gardening sessions in the Spring/Summer months. The next one is on 29th August. Sign up and come and enjoy some evening gardening and some food and drink from our Edible Yard.
