Wellbeing Co-ordinator (30 hour per week, permanent contract)
Reporting to: Health & Wellbeing Manager
Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 per annum pro rata
Annual leave: 26 days plus bank holidays, all pro rata
Responsible for: Volunteers & Students

Purpose:
The Wellbeing Co-ordinator will be responsible for delivering a range of services and events provided from St Luke’s Wellbeing Hub that improve the health and wellbeing of local residents including leading the delivery of food donation projects, overseeing effective information, signposting, befriending and grant-making services and ensuring that health and wellbeing is an integral part of community development.

Job Purpose:

The Community Engagement & Volunteer Co-Ordinator will be responsible for raising awareness of the work of St Luke’s. They will connect people and groups with local activities and services, identify and supporting new community-led initiatives that meet St Luke’s strategic objectives to tackle disadvantage, improve wellbeing and build a sense of community.  They will lead St Luke’s volunteering programme to recruit, develop, support and retain a diverse team of local volunteers.
