HOW WE MAY STORE AND USE YOUR INFORMATION
St Luke's will collect, store and process your personal data only in the context of running Firm
Futures services we provide in relation to these projects. We and our Partners in Firm Futures will
use the per information you provide or they have collected for the purposes of legitimate interests,
but only if the overridden by your interests, freedoms and rights. Where we process special
categories of personal information, such as health or ethnic/sexual orientation data, we will use the
information to comply with our equal opportunities monitoring obligations and to follow our
policies/regulations.
INFORMATION SHARING
St Luke's will pass elements of the information you provide on this application form to its Partners in
Slaughter and May, a law firm based in London, and B Consultancy Ltd.
Slaughter and May will use the information you provide to evaluate Firm Futures, and otherwise in
the running Firm Futures. St Luke's Trust will only use the information for the purpose of providing
service Futures, and to contact you in relation to the provision of these services, and otherwise in
the context of running Firm Futures.
St Luke's and its Partners (and any third party processors) will only store the information you provide
for as long as is necessary to operate Firm Futures.
Except as set out in this privacy policy, neither St Luke's nor its Partners will disclose, sell or rent your
personal data to any third party.
St Luke's and its Partners may also disclose your personal data where necessary to comply with
applicable law or an order of a governmental or law enforcement body.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS PROTECTED
The information you provide will be subject to rigorous measures and procedures to protect it
against anyone who shouldn't see it.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request that St Luke's and its Partners stop processing the personal data you
provide, however this would immediately terminate your participation in Firm Futures.
You are legally entitled to request access to any information about you that St Luke’s or its partners
hold.
