The St Luke’s Men’s Shed / Men’s Club Islington offers a place for men aged 55+ living in south Islington to socialise and have fun. The group is a relaxing space for men to share interests, offering a varied programme of activities and trips out and about on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Local men can come along, get involved or simply take time out to read the newspaper and chat with friends.

Men’s Shed members are welcome to join in any of the following:

Gardening at Kings Square: Tuesdays 2-3.30pm

Boccia (indoor, seated bowls): Wednesdays 2-3pm

Darts: Club Room Tuesdays 4-5pm

Snooker Room and Computers:  Monday- Friday 9.30am-4.30pm

Other activities and events the Men’s Shed get involved in:

· Snooker tournaments at the Centre and Lawn Bowls on Finsbury Square

· Gardening and growing vegetables

· Beer making

· Cookery classes

The Men’s Shed also takes part in BBQs and trips out around London.
